Vignesh began his journey at a Tier 2 engineering college with a degree in Mechanical Engineering - far from the conventional path into technology.
Through deliberate upskilling, relentless learning, and hands-on industry experience, he transitioned into the world of technology and built his career across Amazon, Swiggy, and Adobe, before joining Google.
His journey is the foundation of Skilldesq: you don't need to start with the perfect background to build an exceptional career - you need the right direction, the right skills, and the right guidance.
